Who we are. Galenia Estate, R62, Montagu, Western Cape, is the responsible party for your personal information.
What we collect. Your name, email address, optional mobile number and birthday, your points activity, and a record of the choices you make on this page (including when and from which device you made them).
Why. To run your Privileged Card: issue your card, add and redeem points, send you account emails (confirmations, points and vouchers), and give a birthday bonus. With your separate, optional permission only, we also send marketing by email or WhatsApp.
Who sees it. Estate staff who run the programme and our email provider. We do not sell your information.
How long. While your card is active. Points expire after the period shown on your card page. You can delete your card and personal details yourself at any time.
Your rights. You can see and download your information, correct it, withdraw any marketing permission, or delete your card, all from your card page once you are signed in. You may also contact info@galenia.co.za, or complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Card rules. Points have no cash value, can only be redeemed for the rewards listed, and may expire. The estate may change the earning rate, tiers and rewards, but points already earned keep the value they were earned at. Your QR code identifies your card: keep it private.
